This Privacy Policy applies to the WhiteTool Dashboard mobile application and related services operated by CLEAR-PULSE LIMITED. The application is designed to function without account registration and does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use.
The application does not request personal information as part of normal use. If the application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary for network connectivity. This information is not retained or used for tracking.
WhiteTool Dashboard does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Because the application does not collect personal information during normal use, there is no personal application data to share with third parties.
Since normal use does not involve personal-data collection, you may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
The application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where applicable law requires it. CLEAR-PULSE LIMITED does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the application to them.
WhiteTool Dashboard is designed to minimise exposure by avoiding personal-data collection during normal use. CLEAR-PULSE LIMITED applies reasonable safeguards to systems and to any information that may be provided voluntarily outside the application.
If a security incident affects information that you voluntarily provided to CLEAR-PULSE LIMITED, we will provide notification where required by applicable law.
WhiteTool Dashboard does not retain personal information from normal application use. Information that you voluntarily send to CLEAR-PULSE LIMITED outside the application may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain essential business records.
You may request deletion of information that you have voluntarily provided to CLEAR-PULSE LIMITED by contacting elowenradcliffe00@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal or regulatory retention requirements. Uninstalling WhiteTool Dashboard removes the application from your device.
CLEAR-PULSE LIMITED may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider.
If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
